On behalf of the hospital administration and staff I wish to express my profound appreciation and gratitute to you and every member of stall' of your organisation for the items you have kindly donated to this institution This very act demonstrate your willingness and commitment to 'one humanity especially the sick and the needy, which falls in line with the mission of this hospital

I hope that this kind gesture of yours marks the beginning or our relationship which will continue to flourish in lime to come. I wish to assure you that these materials that include six trolleys, two wheel chairs and a number of crotches will be put to good use The items will go • long way in enhancing the health service delivery system of this hospital
